Just wanted to take a quick time-out to recommend the art of Alex Cherry, which you can view at his Of Sound and Vision website here. I’ve been a fan of his work for a long time now, but he just keeps surprising.

A lot of his art is a trippy take on pop culture, with plenty of irony and lots of science-fiction type works in the mix. And gamers get ready: he even created a piece for deviantArt’s Gears of War 3 contest last year!
